How to use Mixer Cocktails fruit purees

Fruit purees work as a fruit base for Daiquiri, Mojito, Caipiroska, Spritz, tiki cocktails, lemonades, iced teas and alcohol-free drinks. They combine well with citrus juice, soda water, tonic and syrups. Start with a smaller amount and adjust it to the recipe and desired fruit intensity.
