We source our fruit purees from all over the world using the best crop selection methods to choose the finest varieties with intense flavor and aroma. Whenever possible, we strive to work with fruit “at zero kilometers,” as we are fortunate to have our production facility in Italy, where a wide variety of fruit is available.

Harvesting takes place at the end of the season, when the fruit reaches a high level of ripeness, ensuring the best balance between pulp and sugar.
